About Bruno Almeida

Studied IT throughout my Secondary education which allowed me to learn much more about how to handle computers with as little help as possible, as well as develop skills in programming and problem solving. Worked at the Portuguese Navy for 6 years and proud of partaking in a NATO mission, as well as achieving the Exemplary Behavior Copper Medal for my 6 years of service without any problems. After my service at the navy I took a course at ATEC to learn about becoming a Technician Specialist in Automation, Robotics and Industrial Control. This course helped me maintain an open mind so that I am capable of learning what ever comes around in order to be able to use it, fix it and present it. Passion for technical work had further increased during my exam, assembling, wiring and programming a command line to work alongside a conveyor, and my internship at a medicine factory where I performed maintenance and modified machines to perform specific tasks. Currently working as a Datacenter Associate, placing racks and popularing them with hardware, ever increasing my thirst for working with technology more proper, either through maintenance or very actively around machines.
