With over five years of experience as a Corporate Claims Specialist at Enterprise Mobility, I am a certified professional by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and an expert in fraud investigations. I manage complex and large loss claims for UK and Ireland, including fraud, credit hire, and bodily injury cases. I leverage my skills in data analysis, counter fraud, and investigations to review and instruct forensic experts, evaluate credibility and liability of claims, and make decisions and recommendations to reduce fraud in the department. I also maintain and update my knowledge of the legal systems, insurance and claims practices, and risk management strategies. I am passionate about delivering results, resolving issues in a professional and positive manner, and contributing to the success of any company I am employed by. I have been able to manage mutliple branch locations at senior management level at my Enterprise Mobility and at previously as a branch manager at Haart Estate Agents.
