Currently, I lead the Imaging and Therapy division at Strattner, where I drive portfolio transformation focusing on disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital radiology, and non-invasive therapies.Among my key achievements is spearheading the launch of United Imaging in Brazil (one of the most innovative global manufacturers of imaging equipment). This included the complete registration of their portfolio, presence at major national congresses, and initiation of strategic negotiations, including projects with international financing and replacement of installed bases with major groups.In commercial management, I structured war rooms and action plans that accelerated the maturation of B2B opportunities, resulting in a significant increase in conversion rates and pipeline predictability. I also led the installation of groundbreaking technologies in the country, such as the first Exablate Neuro system at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, and drove the growth of the digital division with AI by structuring the area and supporting its first go-to-market strategy.I believe that innovation, culture, and results must go hand in hand.
