Student of Business Administration at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), with an interest in strategic management and business development. I am always looking for ways to apply my knowledge to improve processes and make effective decisions. I believe that, with a focus on leadership and teamwork, we can turn challenges into solutions that generate a positive impact. With experience in social media management and participation in academic competitions, I continue to improve my skills and prepare to face the challenges of the corporate world. I am open to new connections and opportunities for learning and professional growth! Currently, I serve as Director of Research and Innovation at Iniciativa Consultoria, UERJ’s junior enterprise. My mission is to lead initiatives focused on the application of data, artificial intelligence, and knowledge management, delivering strategic solutions with real impact for the organization and its clients.
