With over 10 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting, I am a passionate and reliable IT Support Specialist at Hokkaido Tourism Management (HTM), a leading company in the hospitality industry in Niseko, Japan. In my current role, I manage IT systems, provide helpdesk support and configure PCs and Macs for both internal users, using MDM and TCP/IP protocols. I demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in Windows 10, MacOS, software, networks, and printers, as well as excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities. I also offer IT support to holiday guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
