About Bruno Dauwe

Bruno Dauwe is passionate about organizing and coaching development and management teams. Contemporary coaching and management philosophies such as Agile (leadership) are his bread and butter. These help him in setting up and align efficient and effective development and delivery pipelines without ever losing sight of the human factor. Thanks to his technical background, he has a deep connection with team members; however, through his years of experience in project management, functional consultancy and busines unit management, he is also able to focus on the business side of things. His first concern, remains, above all, happy teams delivering real (business) value. He believes people are better off being inspired than motivated. Consequently, it is essential for him to reflect regularly upon things and to push himself out of his comfort zone. In a gentle way, he will always try to get the people around him to do the same.
