Over 20 years in Risk Management and Business Resiliency Consulting, with experience in several sectors and a solid background in the Food & Beverage, Technology, Media and Telecommunications and Mobility industries. Leading the advisory work in Continental Europe to support the ‘ESG alignment’ of clients and partners operating in the Corporate space and the Financial Services industry. Main areas of technical expertise- ESG performance assessment (rating) and improvement, sustainability planning- Climate - related physical and transition risks and opportunities assessment, climate strategy design (in accordance to TCFD)- ESG and Climate postures assessment, improvement and reporting to effectively meet financial stakeholders requirements (e.g. asset managers, banks, insurance companies)- Design of ‘net zero’ strategies and plans- Set-up or optimization of ERM Frameworks, Board Advisory for the Risk Governance improvement- Forward looking assessment of enterprise risks to support the preparation of strategic/ industrial plans, the decision making process during the evaluation of acquisitions/ partnerships, the risks disclosure for IPOs- Risk assessment and controls optimization for R&D activities, internal projects, the implementation of organic growth strategic initiatives. Over the years spent within the Marsh McLennan Group (MMC), participation in several national and international projects for large Corporates and leading Financial Institutions for the development of risk appetite/ tolerance frameworks, risk quantification through deterministic and stochastic modelling, the structuring of complex/ innovative risk financing/ transfer solutions. Since 2015, representative for MRC Continental Europe in the international MMC ERM development group.
