About Bruno Horwath

By day, I lead Employer Branding at Security Service, blending brand strategy, content design, and storytelling to turn company culture into content that attracts top talent, builds reputation, and brings the brand to life. As a bilingual brand strategist (English + Spanish), I craft messages that resonate across audiences and cultures, creating experiences that feel human and drive results. Outside of work, I’m building GODEMIST, a football (soccer)-centric lifestyle brand and ecosystem rooted in mindset, identity, and playing beyond — on and off the pitch. I also write The Winning Formation, a newsletter on what football teaches us about growth, grit, and building with purpose. Follow me for tactical plays on mindset, personal growth, and brand-building or ride along as I build the next global football () brand and ecosystem from the ground up.
