Com background em vendas, pela minha passagem na Ambev, MKT e estruturação comercial multicanal na Serasa Experian e, mais recentemente, em desenvolvimento de produtos tecnológicos e negócios na Loft, tenho a missão de planejar e efetivar as oportunidades de inovação comercial, seja de novos canais de vendas, processos ou soluções em serviços nas lojas próprias e franquias da rede Portobello Shop.[ENG] Hello, I'm Bruno, senior manager of new business and digital innovation at Portobello Shop, the retail arm and main focus of Portobello Grupo - biggest ceramic and porcelain products company in Brazil. With a background in sales, thanks to my time at Ambev, MKT and multichannel commercial structuring at Serasa Experian and, more recently, in the development of technological products and businesses at Loft, I have the mission to plan and implement the opportunities for commercial innovation, whether in new sales channels, processes or service solutions in the Portobello Shop chain's own stores and franchises.
