Over the past fifteen years, I have been performing executive management roles on both national and international scales in companies across various sectors. I lead complex projects and multifunctional teams from different cultures, managing them in hybrid, remote, and in-person formats. I have substantial experience in (re)structuring, stabilizing, and sustaining processes, teams, and mission-critical technological environments, as well as managing industrial and financial control systems. My methods are based on strategic planning and robust tactical-operational plans. In my career, I have been proficient with frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO27001, and PCI DSS, which are essential for compliance and certifications on an international level. These skills are primarily applied in the field of Cybersecurity and data protection. Regarding the implementation of platforms and systems, I have notable involvement in managing and implementing Cybersecurity Operations Centers, enabling secure new business initiatives, and sustaining managed services in Cybersecurity, for both private and public institutions. My leadership is distinguished by my effective communication with different stakeholders and suppliers, participating actively in M & As processes, spin-offs, and the development of startups. Complementing my profile is the accountability inherent in my role, the adoption of agile methodologies, a focus on innovation, flexibility, excellent interpersonal relationship skills, referential leadership, and a strong commitment to achieving objectives. In the academic field, I hold a degree in Computer Science from Veiga de Almeida University (UVA) and have completed two MBAs from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Additionally, I have post-graduate degrees in Digital Forensic Expertise and Digital Law, and a master's degree in Cybersecurity from United States Credential Evaluations (USCES). I am currently concluding a Master's course in Computing at Fluminense Federal University (UFF). I have obtained significant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CISM, AWS Cloud Security Specialty, in addition to specializations in Data Protection - DPO, Big Data from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Cloud Security. I completed important leadership programs at PUC and FDC. I am a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English, and have an advanced level of Spanish.
