Previously, I spent more than a decade at 3M, where I was responsible for developing and implementing disruptive technologies, reducing operational costs, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) in high-complexity manufacturing environments. My expertise spans coating and drying roll-to-roll within solvent and water-based adhesives and hot melt adhesives, thermal dryers and UV Cure technology, laminating, extrusion, VOC control, safety audits, and compliance assessments.
