I’ve exceeded expectations with my stores, earning recognition for reducing shrink, improving customer service, increasing sales, revenue, gross profit, and enhancing brand management in the challenging and rewarding business of grocery management and retail. I excel both within union and non-union environments, where I have managed upwards of 300 employees.
