About Bruno Neves e Sousa

I was born in 1975 and raised in Lisbon. I studied architecture at Lusiada University. During my studies, I worked as an external draftsman for various companies. In I joined the Kalender office for architecture and engineering studies and projects, where I remained until completing my internship for admission to the Order of Architects in 2004. During this time, I developed skills in design management, from initial design to on-site supervision, including licensing, coordination of infrastructures, and execution projects.At the end of 2004, as architect, I became a trainee technician at Grupo Obrecol, where I stayed until 2016. Here, with a strong focus on construction projects, I honed my skills in real estate project management. From feasibility studies to post-sales in retail, I handled tasks such as project development, tenders, external entities, construction decisions, permits, registrations, notarizations, marketing and sales. It was 12 years of dedication and learning.Between 2016 and the end of 2020, I returned to intense professional practice in architecture, which I combined with a brief stint in real estate mediation and a postgraduate degree in real estate investment analysis at ISCTE. During this period, I had the privilege of assisting small investors in real estate investment project management and large investors in architecture project development and coordination.Since the beginning of 2021, I have been dedicated to real estate project management at Mondego Capital Partners, where I serve as the head Project Manager.
