About Bruno Ping

I have more than 17 years of experience in Clinical Diagnostics environment, and I am passionate about the successful deployment of laboratory technologies and products and their implementation as an integrated service that is financially viable, operationally sustainable, and clinically relevant. I have a good track record of implementing innovation within the public and private sectors. I approach my work from a Quality perspective and I am a UKAS trained 15189:2012 assessor. I have a good understanding of the challenges and barriers for adoption of new and repurposed biomarkers in a highly regulated environment. I am focused, adaptable and comfortable working in complex and fast paced environments with different people of different skillsets and backgrounds. I am comfortable presenting to a range of audiences – from lay to subject matter or technological experts and having nuanced and challenging discussions around frontier topics. However, my 3 “landing points” for these discussions are always the analytical validity, clinical validity, and clinical utility of any biomarker in an evidence-based approach to Medicine. I enjoy building relationships, communicating, and networking. Curiously engaging in the intersection of technology and patient care for better approaches in Personalised Medicine.
