I am the CTO of Foxbit, one of Brazil’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, where I lead technology strategy and drove the transformation from a white-label solution to a high-availability proprietary ecosystem. As the architect of our technology migration, the creator of a governance and security framework, and the builder of high-performance distributed teams, I coordinated processes that elevated our operational maturity and supported the launch of multiple B2B and B2C products, including continuous integrations with major partners such as 99Taxi/99Pay.With over 20 years of experience in software development, I’ve worked on projects ranging from digital agencies to scale-ups and large corporate squads. In 2010, I began my journey in people and infrastructure management, introducing agile practices and streamlining cloud deployment and provisioning processes. At GetNinjas, I honed my expertise in agile development culture and team leadership, applying data-driven metrics and Management 3.0 practices to boost squad performance. At MODIAX, I was part of an extremely lean team that brought a crypto-asset exchange to life, building a custom matching engine, developing the complete infrastructure, and contributing directly to its successful acquisition by Foxbit. This path has given me a holistic product vision, a mastery of scalable architecture, and the ability to align technology with business goals.I am driven by a genuine passion for software engineering, distributed architecture, and innovation in FinTech and blockchain. I believe that robust solutions arise from a blend of agile culture, modern management practices, and deep technical expertise, and it’s with this spirit that I lead Foxbit’s next phase of evolution.
