I’m an adaptable, hands-on IT professional with a strong focus on printer systems and support, backed by experience in hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and customer service. Currently working as a multi-skilled technician, I specialise in diagnosing, maintaining, and configuring a wide range of printers and multifunction devices — from basic setup to complex issue resolution. Whether it’s a connectivity issue, print quality problem, or integration with business systems, I take pride in providing fast, effective solutions that keep things running. In addition to printers, I also work across PC repairs, customer technical support, point-of-sale systems, and small-scale network installations. I began my IT journey at the Universidade Dos Açores and later completed a specialised course at ENTA – Escola de Novas Tecnologias dos Açores before joining the job market full-time. Since then, I’ve built a reputation for being a Swiss Army knife on the team — reliable, resourceful, and always willing to dive into whatever challenge comes next. My main focus is keeping computer systems and printing environments stable, efficient, and tailored to customer needs. I’m passionate about solving problems and continually expanding my skill set.
