About Bruno Vyncke

As an entrepreneur of multiple commercial activities and organizer of events, the first 14 years of my career in Belgium have already been very enriching and challenging. My ambition is to put that experience to good use in a new adventure/project abroad with a lucid vision for the future. My biggest asset is the development of strong client relationships for commercial activities. Working in team is were I thrive best. Whether as a superior or a supportive role. A project development environment with problem solving thinking is key for me. Without ever losing the social and sustainable aspect of it. I’m always looking for an opportunity where I can merge all of these capacities in full use with the necessary support around me and the ability to keep on learning on a daily basis. Most important responsibilities in the last years- Strategic planning for the development of commercial activities - Coaching & guidance of co-workers (up to 40)- Prospecting and hiring talented and motivated people - Establishing an inclusive work environment with a focus on innovation and sustainability - Daily management of commercial activities - Events up to attendees with full F&B responsibility - Financial analysis of results and annual accounts - Branding of business to increase it's commercial potential
