About Bryan Acker

I've worked in technology for over twenty-five years, and corporate learning for the last fifteen. Starting as a programmer, I worked for clients like NBC and N.A.S.A, but found my passion working as part of the learning and collaboration teams for Business Objects, SAP, and TELUS/TELUS International. My learning philosophy has always leaned more towards connecting people to context rather than just information, so it seemed natural to help drive change within the learning ecosystem for front-line team members within the TELUS International ecosystem. As Director of client-facing learning services, my goal is to help simplify the team member experience through the deployment of technology to help reduce non-value tasks and provide seamless integration of process, context, content, and resolutions. As we move to a more automated world, we need to ensure every time our customers need help, they are speaking to a team member who can listen, empathize, own the resolution and create value at every stage of the interaction.
