I’ve built my career around three key themes:(1) Driving strategic impact and transforming complex ideas into actionable results (2) Leading cross-functional teams to unlock operational efficiencies and savings (3) Collaborating closely with senior executives to drive enterprise-wide success Currently, I’m applying these at the Royal Bank of Canada, where I lead multiple strategic initiatives across multiple lines of business. My work focuses on capturing significant deposit growth and optimizing operational processes, driving substantial cost savings and improving scalability. I have a deep passion for and experience in the FinTech, SaaS, and Technology sectors. My time at McKinsey & Company allowed me to contribute to large-scale transformations in these industries, helping clients unlock over $3B in revenue and cost-saving opportunities through strategy development and digital transformation initiatives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, volunteering, spending time with my family and practicing Mixed Martial Arts. I’m also passionate about continuous learning, exploring new strategies in business transformation, and mentoring emerging leaders.
