About Bryan Alfaro

I’m 31 years old residing in Satellite Beach Florida. I graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. My life revolves around my huge interest and passion for international travel, the more I do so the more I learn about the world around me and the different cultures and societies inhabiting them. And I have a deep desire not only to see the world but to leave a positive impact on it. I have traveled to 6 continents and 38 countries to date; I am no stranger to adapting to foreign environments in regards to navigating through unfamiliar places, networking and connecting with locals, residing in all kinds of basic and below basic living spaces, and I not only endure these challenges and conditions well but I actually enjoy them and have continuously seek them out throughout my life. I find a great sense of fulfillment in this pursuit, and in a very real sense I feel the world is my home so I do not have any reservations with extended or indefinite periods of time outside of the comforts of the U.S.A.As far as experience goes I’m somewhat of a "jack of all trades" in communicative roles; I’ve done door to door sales in Arizona, drove tour buses in Juneau Alaska and Yellowstone, taught English as a second language in China, worked in community marketing in Australia, and have now worked several years as a pricing specialist agent for DHI Mortgage. I am disciplined and capable to withstand and overcome any task or obstacle, and I know what its like to persevere and push through difficult circumstances of all kinds. I believe all these experiences culminate into a skill set and mind frame that benefits what would be asked of me working for any employer.I love doing work that takes me to new places and has me working closely with others. I have NO problem or reservations with getting out of my comfort zone and learning new things everyday; I chose Public Relations as an emphasis of study because of its versatility and I hope to continue to broaden my skill set and horizons with every job I take working as a stepping stone that will take me to greater heights. I’m organized, hardworking, a good listener, a public speaker, physically and mentally resilient and am looking forward to capitalizing on these strengths.
