Organizational culture is driven by organizational behaviors. The true role of Leadership is to model the behaviors that creates an environment to allow others to be successful. While Agile is a buzzword today, not many people outside of IT really understand its application within an enterprise. Yes, Agile was spawned from within IT, however it doesn’t work unless there is buy-in and cooperation from across the entire organization. In a phrase; “organizational transformations rely on building a collaborative culture of continuous improvement across the entire value chain”. To do this, many transformations often begin with a single team and then just keep adding. However, for an enterprise to realize its full potential it has to transform not only the ways of working but the culture by which these teams operate. Transforming an enterprise organization is not a trivial task; therefore if you’re going to put your organization through those growing pains why not transform your culture and realize true value based delivery. I am passionate about helping organizations to achieve a sustainable culture of continuous improvement and specialize in pragmatic approaches to value delivery through leadership, mindset, team building, process optimization, and organizational change management by combining Agile, Systems Thinking and Lean values.
