About Bryan Ballatore

As the Chief Revenue Officer at OpenRoad Insurance, I lead a team that supports distribution and revenue generation efforts through an omni-channel approach. This involves both B2B and D2C strategies to promote OpenRoad's brand and products. I also have the privilege of leading several teams in the development of OpenRoad's full-stack digital platform, from front-end agent and customer portals to back-end policy admin system. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to drive growth and innovation in the insurance industry. As the Vice President of Member Programs at Hagerty, I was responsible for defining and executing global paid member programs and product development. I led product and business teams accountable for enhancing, developing, and delivering the value proposition of three membership/subscription products. I also supported the enterprise in determining when and how to position these offerings within Hagerty's full-suite of products. As the Vice President - Eastern Region at Hagerty, I was responsible for the overall direction and growth of the Eastern Region, overseeing a field sales team and establishing partnerships with clubs and agencies. I hold a Master of Arts in Art Business from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts in Museum Studies from Arizona State University.
