About Bryan Bauer

I am currently employed at Boeing - Defense, Space, and Security, where I work as a member of the Environmental Control Systems group. Each day I work in conjunction with more than St. Louis, MO site employees to produce new F-15 and F/A-18 aircrafts. To achieve this, great emphasis is placed on safety, quality, and productivity. As an ECS Design Engineer, I have the opportunity to design, manage, and complete a variety of projects based on improving safety, production, quality, and performance. Additionally, I also communicate with various suppliers to discuss procurement of aircraft parts, testing procedures, and answer questions they have relating to manufacturing. My day-to-day work centers around inspection and correction of aircraft drawings and models to aid in production and manufacturing processes, thus increasing plant capacity and process efficiency. Solutions have ranged from minor mechanical design changes to complete assembly/process re-design. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, playing with my dog, and watching St. Louis Cardinals Baseball
