I am an exclusive tenant representative, who is actively involved in the long- and short-term real estate strategies for his clients. I provide guidance and direction to a variety of corporate occupiers seeking integrated and comprehensive real estate solutions while taking into consideration all workplace, labor, and economic trends. I utilize the newest technologies, resources, and tools to obtain the most up to date market intelligence in a timely and efficient manner. With a strong focus on global and national representation of multi-market and multi-location tenants, I am well versed in the commercial real estate process and strives to manage risks while aligning real estate strategies with overall corporate goals and initiatives. I spearhead initiatives for my clients to educate them on the implications of real estate business decisions and provide recommendations based on portfolio analysis and past experiences. I also assists clients by providing risk mitigation tools and visibility of upcoming critical dates through reporting and management tools to enable stakeholders to make well founded strategic business decisions with confidence. I am dedicated to creating the best client outcomes possible by being process oriented, responsive, ethical, and eager to provide service. My strong values stem from having a large and tight-knit family. With 47 first cousins his family events and gatherings are a lively time. I enjoy working out and going on challenging hikes through some of the world’s most beautiful landscapes. I am involved in the community and dedicate a lot of time to many local and national organizations. Most notably, I founded The Ayana Group, a 501(c)3 organization, which assists underprivileged youth in the community. As the Executive Director for The Ayana Group I oversee the board of directors and all efforts in regards to scholarships, fundraising, events, strategic partnerships, and budgets. I truly believe that my leadership, experience and knowledge allows me to help create and implement optimal solutions for my clients.
