As the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Manager at Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases, I oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT network, cloud, and security solutions. I have more than four years of experience in this role, and I leverage my technical skills and knowledge of the industry to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance of the IT systems and services. I am passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable IT solutions that support the company's mission of providing clean energy and industrial gases to customers worldwide. I have successfully managed multiple projects involving Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, technical support, information and cyber security, and compliance regulations such as JSOX and GDPR. I have also collaborated with various stakeholders and teams across the organization to enable business continuity, productivity, and efficiency. I am a proud graduate of Arizona State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
