About Bryan Boettcher

I am a former teacher with a talent for optimizing systems and procedures. My experience has shown me that it is important to coordinate technical end-user support teams with our product and engineering teams. This typically requires integrating task management processes to respond more efficiently to user complaints with authentic solutions and fixes to sites and software. I enjoy cataloging and analyzing support requests to identify patterns that exist in what our users are asking for and what our products provide. Solving for these missed connections is an interesting puzzle to me whose answer is the key to success in a user-centered marketplace. Overall, refocusing on our customer and user interactions at all touch points in the organization has helped us to prioritize strategies through direct feedback and has lead to increases in user retention and engagement following our overall goals.
