Results-driven and mission-focused leader with over two decades of experience in the U.S. Army, most recently as the Senior Operations Director for a organization. Throughout my military career, I’ve led diverse teams in high-pressure environments, coordinated complex operations across multiple domains, and developed the leadership capacity of others through mentorship, training, and strategic planning. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Workforce Development and a master’s in Organizational Leadership. I’ve also earned certifications in Organizational Leadership and Lean Sigma, and I’m currently pursuing the SPHR and SHRM-SCP to further enhance my capabilities in workforce strategy, compliance, talent development, and human resources. My leadership philosophy centers on accountability, continuous improvement, and building high-performing, values-based teams. As I transition to the civilian workforce, I’m eager to apply my experience and education to help organizations solve complex problems, optimize operations, and lead with purpose.
