About Bryan Boyce

Bryan Boyce has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 2002. He began his career with Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates, where he specialized in the appraisal of commercial properties in the Puget Sound Region until 2005. At that point he co-founded UBI Business Services where he continued to hone his commercial appraisal techniques while also acting as a Leasing agent for Peralez Real Estate focusing on commercial and industrial markets. From 2007 to 2009, he was employed as an Associate Appraiser with Evergreen Appraisal Group where he learned to appraise residential properties for mortgage financing, divorce & estate settlement purposes while receiving his Certified General Appraisal license in 2007. In 2009, Bryan Boyce returned to LHL Appraisal Associates focusing on a wide variety of commercial and residential properties for clients located throughout Eastern and Western Washington. During this time he developed commercial and residential appraisal templates which are still in company-wide use today. In 2018, he received the FAA part 107 Drone Pilot certification, allowing him to use drones to inspect properties. In late 2018, Bryan left Lamb Hanson Lamb and founded Auric Valuations, LLC a full-service appraisal firm offering advanced appraisal solutions for a wide variety of property types and locations. Bryan employs his extensive knowledge of computers and spreadsheets to develop statistically aided commercial and residential appraisal template systems resulting in lower turn times, fewer errors and reduced client callbacks.
