I am an individual who has excelled in various roles within Support organizations in my career. I've been focused in education technology (Student Information and Learning Management Systems) and in Marketing (content management and email campaign execution). Although many roles I've fulfilled have been focused on resolving immediate customer issues, I grown my career by taking on roles that involved becoming a customer advocate, partnering with critical accounts to ensure their continued success. I've also grown by taking on mentorship roles, specifically with internal technical support associates. As I advance my career, I want to further my growth in one of two areas: to become a leader within a Support organization. To revisit a role in which I can help newer customer support associates develop and hone their skills, in something that brings me great satisfaction.
