About Bryan Buckel

I began working as a general laborer at Town & Country Agway in 2003 as an after-school and summer job in my Sophmore year of high school. I continued in that role through graduation and into college. I commuted to a community college and worked full time until graduating in 2009 with an Acossiates Degree in web development. During this time at Town & Country Agway I learned skills to add new responsibilities and eventually became the primary service technician working on residential hearth systems such as fireplaces and pellet stoves. I made the decision to stay in this role instead of persuing a career in web development. As the hearth sector of the business grew exponentially I saught and obtained multiple industry certifications and other training which I maintain to present day. In early 2020 the owners of Town & Country Agway decided to close the company. My brother, who was also employed at Town & Country Agway as a service manager, and I decided to start Phoenix Hearth & Power which purchased relevant assests from Town & Country Agway and began operation January 1st of 2021. I currently remain the senior Hearth Systems Technician in addition to my duties as owner.
