About Bryan Caballero

I never thought in a million years! To be where i am today working for a company like Keystone Critical Systems. A company with 30 years of experience in Data Centers and Computer rooms. When i moved down from New Jersey back in 96' working for a commodity broker in Miami and with the ambition to be featured one day on the TV show "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous". As it turns out, the company downsized due to the market and i lost my job. So what do i do now, no experience in any trade, my dad said " you live in Florida now, its always hot Im sure you can get a job with an AC company".Get this, i found an AC company closest to me, walked in and gave the manager my resume. He looked at it and chuckled and said " Dude, you have no experience in AC world are you crazy! I said nope not crazy at all i just need a job and willing to learn. So wouldn't you know it, he hired me. i started out an assistant in office doing paper work, then got out in the field as an install helper, worked for free on weekends doing ride-a-longs with service techs and moving up the ranks as a lead installer running my own truck. Then, owner Don Cleaver of Keystone gave me an opportunity as a service tech. He mentored me and gave me the tools and knowledge. So, 24 years later, here i am, starting out as a commodity broker, struggling to find a job, working up the ranks as an AC technician, and now a salesman in the Data Center world! Never in a million years.
