Bryan Carey has over 40 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across numerous industry sectors, with a strong focus on financial services. As VP of Instruction at Prosci, he leads the team of Master Instructors in the U.S, ensuring program quality and uniquely Prosci experiences. A Master Instructor himself for six years and thought leader, Bryan regularly shares his experiences in applying change management, project management and process improvement via publications, at speaking engagements and with Prosci training event attendees. He is well versed in strategic planning, post-merger integrations, outsourcing, supply chain management, business intelligence success metrics, and cultural transformation. Previously,Bryan was a Director at CapTech Consulting in Charlotte helping lead the Business Development and Account Management activities. As one of four CapTech offices combining for over 400 consultants we are a key part of the best information technology consulting firm bin the mid-Atlantic region. Bryan served as Managing Director at the Darton Group and CSI DeLeeuw where he managed all aspects of the P&L for the business from business development, recruiting, product development, marketing, relationship management, and engagement oversight. Bryan spent nearly 20 years as an executive in project and change management in the banking industry, including Bank of America. Carey holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, and an M.B.A with an emphasis in finance from the University of South Carolina, Moore School of Business.
