Bryan is an experienced leader with over 24 years in management and team leadership, 18 years in sales and sales management, and 30 years in customer service. His expertise spans operations management, hiring and training employees, project management, and equipment maintenance. As President/CEO of McAbee Medical (2021-2024), he oversaw all aspects of the business, including retail, delivery, warehouse, billing, marketing, and fleet management, while implementing company-wide software automation. Prior to that, he served as District Manager at Cook’s Pest Control (2013-2021), managing teams of up to 90 employees, overseeing sales, operations, and a fleet of 100 vehicles, generating over $10M in annual revenue. Additionally, he held leadership roles in real estate management as VP of Operations & Acquisitions at Steadfast Investment Properties and in event management as the owner of Ingalls Entertainment Inc. His earlier career at Cook’s Pest Control included corporate account management, customer service leadership, and sales training. Bryan holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has actively contributed to various community and professional organizations, including serving as Board Chair for the Better Business Bureau of North Alabama and the Decatur Morgan County Tourism Board. He also holds multiple Alabama Commercial Pest Control Applicator Licenses valid through 2027.
