About Bryan Chatwin

My background is in Capital Structuring, Wealth Management and both Corporate and International Banking, having spent over 35 years in a number of senior roles. Most recently, I modelled, structured and negotiated senior debt, mezzanine finance and private equity for property focused clients across a wide range of projects. These include property across most asset classes, from student accommodation, mixed use leisure schemes and substantial residential developments. In the latter years of my banking career, my focus was in the international corporate banking arena, looking after international wealth clients, structuring tax schemes and property transactions, as well as managing client funds. Prior to that, I developed my skills in a broad spectrum of specialist areas both within the UK and offshore islands, including managing portfolios of high net worth individuals, managing portfolios of broker and intermediary business, cash management and technical specialist roles, which involved advising a retail banking network on the charging of assets as security and the implications of tailored security.
