I’m a CFO with a steady hand in dynamic environments and a strong belief in the power of clear strategy, good people, and thoughtful leadership. Across my career, I’ve worked in agriculture, banking, events, and property. In every role, I’ve found the most impact happens where finance connects with culture, systems, and long-term thinking. I enjoy complexity but always aim to bring clarity. I stay calm under pressure, think strategically, and focus on developing the capability of others. At Fieldays, I’ve worked with a remarkable team through a period of significant change and growth. It’s been a defining chapter, both for the organisation and for me. I was humbled to be named Finance Leader in the Growth Category at the 2024 NZ CFO Awards, and recently completed the Leadership Step-Up Program through the Institute for Strategic Leadership. One of the things I’m most proud of is the culture we’ve built — a capable, collaborative team that’s ready for the future. I’m also leading our work on practical AI adoption, not just to drive efficiency, but to free up time for people to think, lead, and deliver more value. Outside of work, I bring a similar mindset to property investing. I enjoy thinking about long-term returns, planning carefully, and making sound decisions under uncertainty. What drives me is simple: working with ambitious people to build businesses that perform well and stand the test of time.
