Background Bryan has been active in the Real Estate industry as a buyer, seller and investor since purchasing his first home 26 years ago and multiple homes and properties since then. Bryan has lived in Colorado since 1995 and has over 10 years of real estate experience as a Realtor and Certified Residential Appraiser. Education Bryan received his B.S. degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Oklahoma State University. He has completed over 400 hours of continuing real estate education, has completed over residential appraisals in Colorado and is currently working toward his GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation as a Real Estate Broker. Specialties Bryan is an expert at analyzing real estate markets. His experience as an Appraiser and understanding of the appraisal and lending processes are essential to a successful transaction. However, if you are looking outside of these areas, his years of appraisal practice in the metro area are benefits to both buyers and sellers. Family/Hobbies Bryan lives in Parker/Idyllwilde with his wife Shannon and three young children Sydnee and twins Brayden and Shelbee who attend Frontier Valley Elementary. Their children keep them busy with activities including hockey, baseball, Tae Kwon Do, gymnastics, guitar and golf. When not involved with all of that they enjoy skiing/snowboarding, camping and all that the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer.
