Advocating industry position whilst understanding government policy directives. With over twelve (15) years of experience in project management, policy advocacy and external relations both in government, private institutions as well as international and multilateral organizations. Able to maintain valuable relationships with important stakeholders at the national and local levels from both state and non-state actors. Experienced in dealing with major stakeholders, both in the national and local levels across all major sectors in Energy from generation, transmission, and distribution sectors even with major power consumer groups both in Mindanao and in the national level.
