That means they have given up thinking they can be an influence for positive change and are willing to accept an unsatisfactory state of their surroundings. There is so much information out there on best practices for engineering and product development. Always drive to put systems and processes in place to make your design processes, your products, and your business more successful. I have over 30 years of experience with all phases of electronic product development for aerospace and defense applications. Positions included research engineer, design engineer, technical lead, principle engineer, power electronics subject matter expert for supplier design equipment, and senior project engineer.
