As a Disability Insurance Program Representative at State of California, I have over three years of experience in assisting individuals with filing disability insurance claims, processing payments, and resolving issues. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, which helps me understand and address the needs and challenges of people with disabilities. I use my skills in case management, behavioral health, active listening, and diversity to provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. I work with a diverse team of professionals who share the same mission of helping Californians in need. My goal is to continue to learn and grow in my field, and to contribute to the improvement and efficiency of the disability insurance program.
