Joining the Metallic Minerals team in 2024 as External Relations Manager, I am in a unique position to bring together my business background with my longstanding local commitment as a soccer coach, parent & community advocate. I bring over 10 years of finance experience supporting diverse companies—from locally-based Osprey Packs and Mercury Payments Systems to startups and large publicly-traded firms. At high-growth startup MarketerHire, I built their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) function from the ground up in 2022—experience that translates well to the dynamic environment of junior mineral exploration companies. My background includes 7+ years with private equity-backed high-growth companies, contributing to $2.5B in transacted value. My expertise spans building FP & A functions, designing efficient processes, developing complex financial models and reports, and supporting strategic finance initiatives. I'm now applying these skills to the mining sector, enabling holistic decision-making that balances business objectives with community interests. I hold an MBA from Drake University and undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Marketing from Fort Lewis College.
