Holding 10 years’ Sales and Regional Business Leadership experience in the medical devices sector, in complex markets, I understand the importance of building strategic partnerships with client and distributor networks in order to drive growth. Building relationships at speed, I establish shared vision, leveraging cultural intelligence and a collaborative style of working to build lean operations that deliver fast results. I bring energy and relentless drive to an industry that demands agility and an ability to think with laser focus. Having built a reputation as a leader who can be trusted to ignite and deliver stretching strategic mandates, I have successfully build nimble and responsive teams in remote and emerging global markets, mitigating risk of investment and maximising shareholder return. Although I am driven by an impetus to sell and grow, I have never set out to build an ‘empire’. I see it as my role to create and assemble lean teams, complemented by committed and resilient distributor networks, that work together to tap into opportunities and establish competitive operations across emerging markets.
