About Bryan Fister

I am an Ohio-born Air Force veteran with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Cybersecurity. Currently, I am a Front Desk Manager for Marriott in Madeira Beach, Florida. Working in a hotel provides plenty of opportunities to adapt to new challenges and I consider myself to be very agile and solution focused. I was honored to be awarded Marriott’s Associate of the Year Award in 2021 and Spirit to Serve Award in 2022. The most enjoyable part of my job is helping guests and coworkers, whether it's solving a problem, training new hires, or simply lending an ear. In 2016, I was awarded Airman of the Year. During my six years in the United States Air Force Reserves, I managed transportation operations and sharpened my leadership skills. My military experience instilled in me a resilient and disciplined mindset, strengthening my ability to thrive in challenging situations. During my service, I lead by example, prioritized the wellbeing of my team, and went above and beyond the responsibilities of my role.
