As the leader of Cisco-Eagle, a renowned national material handling systems integrator headquartered in Dallas, Texas, I am proud to oversee a dynamic and dedicated team of employee-owners. With over 50 years of experience, Cisco-Eagle has established itself as a trusted partner for clients across the country, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. Our employee-owners are the backbone of our success, with an average tenure of 11 years, nearly three times the national average. We foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and empowerment, enabling our team to make critical decisions that drive our company forward. As a seasoned executive with a proven track record of success, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. Prior to assuming my current position, I served as Vice President of Systems Integration, where I played a key role in expanding Cisco-Eagle's capabilities in automated projects and large-scale material handling systems. Since joining the company in 1996, I have managed numerous complex projects for clients throughout the United States. In addition to my work with Cisco-Eagle, I am honored to serve as the company's representative for the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA). I am also a proud husband to my beautiful wife Melissa and father to our two boys.
