I have dedicated most of my career to the Life Sciences industry, with one of my proudest moments serving on the team that successfully lead the way for passage of the Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act, signed by President Bill Clinton. Some of my other contributions annual sales of an oncology safety product line, becoming #1 in its class, resulting in a 72% market share nationwide multi-year service contract setting new company record first-ever state contract for safety technology preventing healthcare worker deaths * 82% SaaS contract renewal rating I joined MedForce in 2021 to help our clients in the pharmaceuticals, medical device and capital equipment markets to advance their health outcomes. I enjoy working with clients to build upon their medical communications efforts, providing them with custom, specific solutions and exceptional customer service. Prior to MedForce, I served as the Vice President, OEM Sales & Business Development for MD Buyline, a division of TractManager, managing the OEM supplier business unit. I also held other executive management positions such as: National Sales Distribution Manager for CR Bard Vascular Access Systems; Vice President Distribution and National Accounts for Retractable Technologies, Inc; and National Account Manager for SteriGenics International. I have a heart for people and outside of work, I have worked with non-profit companies, helping to grow individuals physically, mentally and spiritually. I served in many areas over the years, including leadership roles within local churches, Board of Directors for the YMCA, Coach and Mentor for Upward Basketball and founding a Christian men's conference in the southwest United States.
