About Bryan Ginter

In me, you will find a highly inspired individual leveraging 40+ years of management and 20 years of executive leadership experience coupled with 10 years of technical experience. I have combined my people skills with my passion for working with data and statistics by completing a Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University. My graduate studies was a Master of Science in Leadership at Grand Canyon University which was a logical continuation of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Ottawa University. I enjoy researching and analyzing information. I am logical, sensible, realistic, achievement-oriented, and independent. I am practical, systematic, precise, controlled, efficient, and team-oriented. I am intellectual, self-motivated, problem-focused, insightful, critical, and rational. My military service taught me how to be a thoughtful, resourceful, and open-minded leader. In my first few jobs after my service, I was often frustrated by the poor examples of leadership around me. I made it my mission to learn and teach leadership for the rest of my life.
