Strategically holding real estate investments for extended time frames to minimize financial risk, so I will not be forced to sell properties during down markets. Becoming a long-term investor that creates and leaves a legacy for my family. Real estate that generates income or is otherwise intended for investment purposes rather than as a primary residence. As a Real Estate Investor, I evaluate the real estate market to build long-term wealth. Total real estate returns combine housing price appreciation alongside rental income. As an investor, I tailor strategies according to their respective objectives and the risk-return trade-off. Successful real estate investment requires you to maintain strong money-management skills in conjunction with local knowledge to turn profits. I look for flip properties. Flipping is a high-risk and high-reward strategy, where investors buy and sell real estate over shorter time periods. I also want to strategically hold real estate investments for extended time frames, which minimizes financial risk during down markets. I am also concerned with creating a legacy and generational wealth, where real estate holdings are passed on to my heirs to continue generating family income.
