About Bryan Gomes

With over 8 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a passionate and skilled manager, leader, and mentor in the field of implementation. I currently manage a team of 12 implementation technicians across Canada and the US at VC3, a leading managed services provider that helps organizations achieve their goals through technology. I am driven by the mission of delivering high-quality, efficient, and innovative solutions to our clients, and I value collaboration, communication, and continuous learning as part of our organizational culture. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with various technologies, clients, and projects in different regions and sectors. In my current role, I am responsible for liaising with the other implementation managers in the organization to make changes and standards, as well as interviewing and hiring staff for the implementation teams. I also serve as a technical mentor between implementation technicians, and work with the PMO team to better define the process. I leverage my Microsoft certification and expertise to lead and execute complex projects involving Office 365, Windows Server, and other Microsoft products and services. I also assist the Service Desk in escalations, and create technical standards for the organization. Some of my achievements include increasing the project completion rate by 15%, reducing the project backlog by 20%, and developing a new training program for the implementation technicians. I have also received multiple recognition awards for my outstanding performance and leadership.
