I've always had a interest in understanding and applying practice to real world situations. This type of work stimulates me. From implementing new instrument sets into service, to problem solving and actively collaborating on system solutions. I would best describe myself as a proactive system facilitator. Focusing on solutions to problems and potential down time. Always with the patients and family's best interest in mind. Currently interested in system analysis theories and application within the Operative Service departments. Reinforcing what every hospital needs more of, a strong competent educated staff. Both in the Processing Department and the Operating Department.
