I’m passionate about helping organizations fulfill their mission by finding innovative solutions to existing problems. As an expert in communication, strategic planning, and operational management, I have a proven track record of helping organizations of all sizes improve their efficiency and think through all the details—and helping organizations see how all details, big and small, play a role in fulfilling mission and vision.// I’ve helped churches develop robust marketing, communication, outreach, and ministry strategies.// I led a nonprofit summer camp’s effort to transform their guest services and first impressions, resulting in return visits and year-over-year growth.// I regularly speak across North America at various workshops and conferences.// I produce quality content, including writing and editing articles, case studies, and lead generators. I also host and produce a weekly podcast and other video, audio, and written content.// I have managed a $1.4mm nonprofit budget, created and executed a strategic development plan for going from a single-site to multi-site church model, and led teams of dozens of staff and volunteers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in my community through volunteering with community development organizations and in the outdoors enjoying creation.
