I am an energetic and driven leader and I have a passion for financial sales and operations, management, marketing, strategic and analytical thinking, and process improvement with over 20 years of experience. I love creating success and moving the needle through increasing visibility, accountability, and execution as well as mentoring individuals and teams to maximize their potential. My strengths are solving problems at the micro and macro levels as well as creating an executable strategy to ensure success. I love resolving the issues that make people, processes, and systems less efficient and then leverage my talents to maximize their results. I am a very analytical yet creative person and love the psychology behind sales/operations, teams, and organizational behavior. I have expertise in working with sales and operations teams and management of all sizes in creating sales cultures, sales trainings, operational procedures, and productivity, recognition, and gamification models to ensure organization-wide success. My expertise is in the financial services sector. One of my greatest professional accomplishments was creating a sales training, including both experiential and theoretical approaches, which was rolled out to all sales people within a 2,500+ employee organization and resulted in a 38% increase in sales results. I have experience in both B2B and B2C sales, operations and management, as well as CRM design and administration. I also enjoy public speaking and have given over 320 presentations to small to medium groups. I have experience presenting to senior management and mentoring business unit managers on all aspects of hiring and management, creating procedures and managing risk, creating a sales culture, and tracking productivity. I am constantly dreaming up new projects or pilots to further the success of my teams and partners.
